Perspektif : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika
Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis kritis mengenai penelitian di Bidang Ilmu Sistem Informasi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi. Jurnal Perspektif menerbitkan 2 (dua) jurnal dalam setiap tahunnya, yaitu terbit di bulan Maret dan September.
Jurnal Perspektif sebagai bagian dari semangat menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan hasil dari penelitian dan pemikiran untuk pengabdian pada masyarakat luas. Situs Jurnal Perspektif menyediakan artikel-artikel jurnal untuk diunduh secara gratis. <![CDATA[Abstract – The calculation of the value of the Reasonable Land Turnover Terdamapak Job Reaktifasi railway line for arbitration was Muaro Logas was part of the study of the action of liberation/land and buildings for the reform plan of the reaktifasi railway line between Muaro-Logas is part of the planning of the reactivation railway line. <![CDATA[Abstract - The objective of this research is to examine the effect of fee based income on return on assets of listed banks in Indonesia stock exchange during 2006-2010. Three types of fee based income are investigated, namely income from provisions and commissions, income from foreign exchange transaction services, and income from other bank services. In addition, total asset is also included in the model as one of the independent variable. A sample of 24 banks is used in this study. A multiple regression based on the ordinary least squared (OLS). The result shows that the three types of fee based income have a positive and significant effect on return on assets. However, total assets do not have a significant effect. Overall, the result suggests that banks should promote their fee based income activities in order to increase their profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[Sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan merupakan faktor utama agar perusahaan dapat tetap unggul. Mengelola karyawan tidak hanya dengan memberikan deskripsi pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada mereka, tetapi perlu adanya hubungan yang positif antara perusahaan dengan karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Motivasi merupakan salah satu cara agar karyawan dapat produktif dan berenergi dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Pada dasarnya pemberian motivasi adalah hak para karyawan dan merupakan kewajiban bagi pihak perusahaan untuk mendukung karyawan agar para karyawan dapat lebih meningkatkan volume dan mutu pekerjaan yang menjadi tanggung jawab. Produktivitas merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu organisasi perusahaan baik itu yang bergerak di bidang produksi barang maupun jasa. Secara umum produktivitas adalah perbandingan antara output (hasil) dengan input (masukan). Sampel yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitina ini berjumlah 34 karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Depok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara Motivasi Kerja (X) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Y) pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Depok”. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengolahan data berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasi dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0.795 dan menurut hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui cukup besar yaitu 63.2 %, jadi hubungan antara motivasi kerja (X) dan Produktivitas Kerja karyawan (Y) dapat disimpulkan memiliki hubungan yang kuat.]]>

This Research used 80 respondents determined by purposive sampling technic due to the unlimited population.This reseach uses multiple regression analysis by using three independent variables and one dependent variable.The result of research shows that life style,demography dan product quality proved positive and significant effect to customer buying desicion partially and simultaneously.Therefore, life style, demography and product quality are important factors to increase buying desecion.]]>

<![CDATA[The need for electrical energy is very dominant for humans, starting from the needs in the household, government business, home industry to large industries and all other aspects of life, now means that the availability of electricity is very important and very influential in increasing the socio-economic quality growth rate society in general. A PLN user to find out how much lamp power is needed in a room judging subjectively that is still in accordance with his own wishes. This writing makes the application using fuzzy logic to find out how much electrical power is used in an appropriate manner. To make it easier for a PLN user to determine the electrical power that is in accordance with the requirements, the author makes the application using fuzzy logic. The programming language used is visual basic. The benefit of this writing is to help a PLN user to optimize electric power so that it can save energy.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract – Compensation is one of the important parts in an effort to meet job satisfaction for employees in an organization. With high job satisfaction employees are expected to feel happy at work, more motivated in work, increased productivity, and make employees become more loyal to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. <![CDATA[Abstract Work Discipline is directly related to employee performance. Work discipline perceived directly by employees can reduce performance or improve employee performance. Employees who feel disciplined about the work they get will have an impact on the overall performance of a goverment agency. The method of data collection are observations, litteratures study, documentations study and questionnaires spread over. The research methods used is descriptive quantitative analysis method that aims to know whether there is influence of work discipline on employee performance. The reseach was held at April 30, 2018 untill May 30, 2018. Test of research instrument using IBM SPPS 22 program. Data from 30 questionnaires distributed to respondents is primary data source. Based on the result ofthis research, the correlation test is strongly correlated caused exists at interval of 0,600-0,799, that means r table> r count at 0,644> 0,361. The result also indicates that there is an influence of work discipline to the performance of 41.4% on one hand and and diother hand, the rest of 58.6% influenced by other factors not examined the author. So, based on the results of the regression test can be concluded that the discipline of work have a significant and strong effect on employee performance who work at the office of Kecamatan Cengkareng – Jakarta Barat.Key word: Work Discipline, Work Performance, Employee Performance]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the impact of innovation and price on purchase decisions. The research was carried out at different places to get a full range of respondents. The sample was the owner of the vehicle Honda motorcycle in Bekasi totaling 150 respondents. Regression analysis techniques were used to analyze the impact of innovation and price of the purchasing decision is by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The analysis showed that the product innovation and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, each increase of one unit in the variable product innovation will be followed by an increase of 0.401 unit purchasing decisions. The analysis also showed that prices positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, any adjustment of the unit either affordability of the price, the suitability of the price of the product quality, price competitiveness, and suitability prices with benefits will influence the purchase decision of Honda motorcycles for 0538 unit. This shows that the innovation products made by Honda and Prices set affects 46.6% of the consumer decision in purchasing undergo a Honda motorcycle in Bekasi.]]>
